Swedish Massage

Swedish Massage is the manipulation of superficial and deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue.  By using various techniques to enhance function, Swedish massage aids in the healing process, decreases muscle reflex activity, inhibits motor-neuron excitability, promotes relaxation and has also been shown to be helpful in reducing pain and joint stiffness. Through the use of five styles of long, flowing strokes to massage. The five basic strokes are effleurage (sliding or gliding), petrissage (kneading), tapotement (rhythmic tapping), friction (cross fiber) and vibrations/shaking.  ​

Aroma Therapy  Massage

Trigger Point Massage

Trigger Points are caused by muscle overuse or injury. Trigger point massage therapy is specifically designed to alleviate the source of the pain through cycles by using localized pressure on the active trigger.
